In each unit, we are monitoring through a micro-management system by our micromanagers

The micromanager will monitor the site and have a good relationship with the customer/management

Every day morning at 8’o clock all unit Micro Managers will give reports about manpower strength and issues of the day to our AGM

All Area Managers will Give reports in the morning as well as evening about manpower strength to our AGM-Ops

AGM-Ops will give reports morning and evening on daily basis to the Managing Director
